Please note our workshop is very busy most of the time so please call beforehand if possible to book your bike in. We normally recommend calling about a week before you would like the work doing.
While there are plenty of enthusiasts out there who like to look after their own bicycles, as the technology gets more advanced it becomes increasingly difficult to stay up to date with new procedures and the tools required. This is where a fully equipped workshop with an experienced mechanic becomes essential.
Here at On yer Bike we have both. As a registered Shimano Service Center we have to have the tools and knowledge to provide the best service for you and your bicycle.
All of our technicians have attained at least Level 2 of the Cytech qualification.
All cycles receive the same attention to detail and level of care, whether having a new tube fitted or a Gold Level Service.
We know how inconvenient it can be to be without your bike so we aim to have you back out on your cycle within 24 hours, if we can't do it on the same day.
Call your nearest branch to discuss your requirements or just bring your bike along. We can advise on what is required to get you back on the road whether you want to make sure your steed is safe and working correctly or are looking performance upgrades.
Our Silver and Bronze services are the most popular for those looking to keep their bikes in good working order especially if ridden frequently.
