Re-stocking fee for Returns

There is now a restocking fee of £5.00 for any online order that is returned because it was purchased incorrectly.
This fee does not apply to items that are faulty.
If the item purchased is lower than this price, half the value of the item will be applied.

We didn't want to do this but we are an independent retailer so there are a lot more time and costs involved compared to the big online shops.

Online Accessorie, Parts & Clothing Returns

It is our aim at On Yer Bike to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. If you're not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 12 months of purchase, and as long as the item isn't fitted, worn, or used we're happy to receive it back for a refund.


Please contact us to confirm you're returning an item before doing so, then we'll know it's coming!

  • Each returned item should be in its original packaging with the manufacturer's labels attached. Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the retail packaging.

  • When returning clothing, where relevant, the original hygiene slips must be in place.

  • Wetsuits must be returned in their original condition and nail marks, stress marks or cuts in the wetsuit will not be accepted for return as an unused item.

  • Retail store purchases should be returned to the original place of purchase.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods that are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.



It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 24hrs. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team.


Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Standard Parcel postage costs.


Online Returns in Store

  • Items purchased online can be returned in-store.
  • But the payment can not be returned from the till point.
  • We will provide a receipt of you returning the goods, then your original online transaction will be refunded.
  • The refunded payment can take 5-10 Business days depending on the payment method.

    Click & Collect Refunds

  • These are processed in the same way as online orderers.
  • You can return the item to the store of your choice and we will prove receipt of the goods.
  • But the payment method has to be returned in its original form. This means it will be returned via the method you used online.
  • Because of this, refunds can take 5-10 working days depending on the payment method used.
