Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.
Restocking Fees:
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned bikes and all items that are returned but not faulty. This does not apply to clothing.
- This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item for future sale.
Final Sale Items:
- Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Final sale items are clearly marked as such on the product page or during the checkout process.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process.
- Delivered Bicycles
- All bicycles shipped from us are inspected before they are boxed. However, due to the nature of packaging the bike into a box, some minor assembly will be required. This assembly is recommended to be conducted by a certified mechanic. If the bike is not checked by a qualified mechanic then your warranty may not be valid.
